Log in to your client portal at my.hostdango.com, go to My Services, select your hosting account, and click “Change Password.” Alternatively, open a support ticket and we can reset it for you within minutes.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through our client portal at my.hostdango.com.

You can request a cancellation from within your client portal under My Services, or by opening a support ticket. We’ll process it promptly. If you’re within 30 days of signing up, you’re also eligible for our full money-back guarantee.

From cPanel, go to Email Accounts, click Connect Devices next to your email address, and you’ll see pre-filled settings for iPhone, Android, Outlook, and Apple Mail. Our knowledgebase also has step-by-step guides for every major client.

After signing up, your welcome email will include our nameservers (e.g. ns1.hostdango.com). Log in to wherever your domain is registered, find the nameserver settings, and replace the existing ones with ours. DNS propagation takes 12–72 hours. If you need help, open a support ticket.

Yes — our Premium and Pro plans support unlimited domain names and websites. Our Standard plan supports one domain. If you need to host multiple sites affordably, our Premium plan is the most popular choice.
