What is a website care plan?

A website care plan is a monthly retainer that bundles hosting, WordPress maintenance, security, backups, and content edits into one flat fee. Instead of managing your website yourself or paying for each task separately, you pay one predictable monthly amount and we handle everything.

Is hosting included or do I pay that separately?

Hosting is included in every care plan — there is no separate hosting bill. The price you see is the only price you pay each month. All plans are built on HostDango's SSD hosting infrastructure with 99.9% uptime SLA, free SSL, and daily backups included.

What counts as a "content edit"?

Content edits cover text changes, image swaps, adding or removing pages, updating business hours or contact details, adding new blog posts, or any other task on your existing site that doesn't require significant new development. Just email us what you need and we'll take care of it within one business day.

What if I need more edit hours than my plan includes?

You can either upgrade to a higher plan or purchase additional hours at an hourly rate. We'll always let you know before going over your included hours so you're never surprised by an unexpected charge.

Do I need a care plan if I already have hosting?

Hosting gives you the server space. A care plan adds active management on top — someone checking your site, running updates, scanning for malware, and making content changes every month. If your website is important to your business, a care plan is worth it. We can also migrate you to our hosting as part of getting started.

Can I cancel my care plan?

Yes — there are no long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time and your plan continues until the end of the billing period. If you decide to leave, we'll provide a full backup of your site so you can take it anywhere.

What CMS platforms do you support?

Care plans are primarily designed for WordPress sites, which power over 40% of the web. If your site runs on a different CMS, contact us and we can discuss what level of support is possible — some tasks like backups and hosting apply to any platform.
