HostDango traces its roots back to 1999, when we launched as Kaidok Technologies from a small town with a big idea — that web hosting didn't have to be impersonal, unreliable, or a pain to deal with. A lot has changed in 26 years. The internet has grown up, the technology has gotten faster, and the competition has gotten louder. What hasn't changed is the way we operate.
We're still a small, focused team. We still answer support tickets ourselves. We still treat every customer like they matter — because they do. We've watched clients grow from personal blogs to thriving businesses, from single websites to 50-site reseller accounts. Getting to know our customers and understanding what they actually need has always been more important to us than any upsell.
We're Seattle-based with deep Alaskan roots, and that background shapes how we work. We're not about flashy marketing or race-to-the-bottom pricing. We're about doing the job right, being there when it matters, and building relationships that last longer than a billing cycle.
