How do I reset my cPanel password?
Log in to your client portal at my.hostdango.com, go to My Services, select your hosting account, and click "Change Password." Alternatively, open a support ticket and we can reset it for you within minutes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. We do not currently accept checks or bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through our client portal at my.hostdango.com.
How do I cancel my account?
You can request a cancellation from within your client portal under My Services, or by opening a support ticket. We'll process it promptly. If you're within 30 days of signing up, you're also eligible for our full money-back guarantee.
How do I set up email on my phone or desktop app?
From cPanel, go to Email Accounts, click Connect Devices next to your email address, and you'll see pre-filled settings for iPhone, Android, Outlook, and Apple Mail. Our knowledgebase also has step-by-step guides for every major client.
How do I point my domain to HostDango?
After signing up, your welcome email will include our nameservers (e.g. ns1.hostdango.com). Log in to wherever your domain is registered, find the nameserver settings, and replace the existing ones with ours. DNS propagation takes 12–72 hours. If you need help, open a support ticket.
Can I host multiple websites on one account?
Yes — our Host.Pro and Host.Business plans support unlimited domain names and websites. Our Host.Standard plan supports one domain. If you need to host multiple sites affordably, Host.Pro is our most popular choice for multiple sites.
